it's true. i don't find the button me too, but we can remove the java class when we go in the folder (when you go in the C:\Users\user\MCreatorWorkspaces\nameofyourmod\src\main\java\net\mcreator\name_of_your_mod).
One should not really manage these files (default generated files) by hand.
We will add this option (to delete files) back in the future too.
