I would like put images in a Topic without Imgur Account. Can i add my images? There is an other Platform where i can add images into Topics?

You can use imgur without account for this. I believe there are some forum topics on how to post images here too.
Otherwise, try googling image uploading service and see which one fits you if don't want imgur.
