Loading workspace data stuck on MCCREATOR 1.8.3

I currently have a problem with MCCREATOR, when I launch it, everything seems to go well until I get to "Loading workspace data", from this step, it blocks, and I do not know why.
I'm afraid to reinstall everything because I do not want to lose my devellopement.
