Required websites to download updates upon initial installation

I am trying to install MCreator 1.9.1 on school machines, but the school's network blocks some websites. What websites will I need to whitelist in order for MCreator to download all necessary files when running the program for the first time?

I have tracked network communication and the following domains are used:

jcenter.bintray.com
files.minecraftforge.net
github.com
modcoderpack.com
repo.maven.apache.org
libraries.minecraft.net
launcher.mojang.com
