Topic category: Help with MCreator software
I know you can make a mob tameable with bones or fish by choosing the ocelot or wolf setting, however i'd like to know how to manually edit the code to change the item used to tame my custom mob. I've looked up as much as i can on and off-site, but can't seem to find a solid explanation. Even a simple explanation on implementing wolf code into mine would be fine.
Was wondering this too
mob tamable = true = <item>
there isn't this option
please think before saying something
Ok. So there is 2 problems, one is that to get a mob to be tameable it is a entity state (or something) and unfortunately the way that Mcreator has coded it, I can't see what code makes an entity tame. So to get a mob to follow something is called AITEMPT. But I don't think that is the same as taming, this I believe is not currently possible with MCreator and I would look into if there is any feature requests asking for a tameable mob option, if not you can do that yourself
Quite rude of you to say this, i wasn't asking for this mcreator's base options, but how to implement it in the actual code, which IS possible. Perhaps you should think before saying something.
wait, sorry, didn't realize who you were talking to.
oh sorry :(
You can maybe try to search on Minecraftforums too
