Oh yes, it is definitely possible. I made a hanging pot with a piece of twine about 4 feet long. I tied it in a loop, then did this to a similar-sized plant, and I got a hanger about 2 feet long total. I think the length depends on how long you want with the plant holders. It works great and it is the coolest way to hang plants! I streamed some videos form Youtube while I practiced and it was easy to learn the steps! I think maybe I’ll use longer twine next time though.
