Scaling a mob? (Version 2020.1)

Hi, so I'm trying to make a Cacodemon from Doom in the mod I'm making, and everything worked perfectly except he's the size of a single block. I was planning on it being more the size of a ghast, if not a little smaller. Is there any way to do that, because I don't see how. Thanks.

I mean, I want to use the ghast model seeing at it *should* already be that size, but it still makes it small anyway. I read something in a different thread about having to import a file or something, I dunno.

you make your own model using a external model maker like blockbench, not using the built in models.

you oculd also use the ghast…

you oculd also use the ghast model and change the textures leaving the tentacles w/o tex so those dont render

@Crawler: I've done exactly that. I've used the ghast model and left the tentacles both textures & untextured. Neither made the mob larger.

@Chips: I'm super unfamilar with blockbench. Do I just make the model there and import it to mcreator?
