Portal textures that spread over multiple blocks

So I have an issure where I've made an animated portal texture which I can succesfully apply to a portal for a dimension. However, I want it so that not all the portal blocks look identical at once and look like they all are at different frames of the animation at once.

I'm fairly new to MCreator so if the solution requires java code please paste everything I need since i dont code in java. if it it requires procedures could you help walk through it with me thanks :)

I don't think there is easy way to do this even if you digged deep down in the code

@Ricy40 I know this is very late, but if you can recreate the animated texture where it starts halfway through the current animation, and use procedures to replace every second portal block in a checkerboard pattern, it should essentially look like one consistent pattern stretched across multiple portals.
