How do I use variables in a text box? When I write in the line "initial text" - <VAR:nameVariable> nothing works. And in general, whatever I write there, nothing works. The field remains blank. MCreator Version 2020.3

I think your mod have error try to make another GUI or another mod(try to paste other elements.)
I tried using a snapshot 2020.4 - it did not help. And also I tried to create another mod - it also does not work.
