That is not possible in Mcreator :(
It is possible, it just requires a lot of work and time spent into trying it also a lot of 3D modelling.
I don't know exactly how to do it but if you take some time trying to make the mod work you can get it.
Well, if you still wanna know how. You first have to make an entity model of the rocket on Blockbench or something. Then you import it into Mcreator and you make it rideable. Then you make it that for example if you press space bar when sitting on the entity, the entity will levitate up at a certain speed and when it gets to a certain height a GUI will pop up.
You have to do it all with procedures.
