Some procedure problem.

Hi, yesterday i made a mod with tool and weapon, one of them is mjolnir, (thor hammer) the hammer have 2 mode, the 1st mode is normal mode, and the second is lightning, in this mode, the mjolnir is surrounded with lightning, i made a procedure, (linked by a keybind, (x)) when u press x and u have the mjolnir in lightning mode, it change to normal mode, and when you press x again, its supposed to turn back in lightning mod, but it dont work. any solution?
