i making a plant that grows in deserts and (a new biome i made, outback) the new biome i made is red sand for ground and the plant i want to grow in that biome is desert plant but cant grow on red sand- pls make it so desert plants also grow on red sand not just normal sand
edit your plant, then go on "properties" and set "plant type" to desert. This should work for sand and red sand
doesnt work with red sand
mhh idk then, sorry
You could probably mimic plant behavior with a regular block.
Set the model type to cross texture, set its hardness and blast resistance to 0.1 (or lower, even). Material to plant, ect. Have a structure that just is that "plant" and nothing else. Have a structure spawn for it, and as an additional condition, have it return if the block at X Y-1 Z is sand, or red sand.
This should work, I think.
Though, you could probably even just have the plant actually be a plant, and still do the structure thing.
:( not work :( i want to do plant
what i requested would make it better then
