How do I get the entity that is riding the current entity?

I have a custom entity and I want the entity that is riding it to constantly be on fire. How do I do this?

That seems to be talking about the opposite of the thing that I want to do. The custom entity is updated every tick, and I want to set the entity that is riding it on fire.
