Teleporting a player to where they were an x amount of minutes ago

In JoJo, there's an ability called Bites The Dust where the user goes back in time an hour to where he was then and continues on. Any way to do this in my mod, or is it just plain impossible? idk if Minecraft saves the position of the players, soooooo
