How to make a weapon that, after some action, will not shoot?

I make weapons. It will be damaged after being shot. But I need to make sure that before the weapon breaks, it cannot fire. This needs to be reolized without adding an unloaded weapon to your inventory. Since the weapon is duplicated in the creative.
