Help with particle expiration procedure

Help with particle expiration procedure

My mod has a claymore mine, and its supposed to detect players by emit particles in straight lines like lasers, and if a mob or player touches one of these particles, claymores within a ~1-2 block radius will explode. I have the particle spawning down, but I'm having issues making the claymore explode when a particle is touched. If anyone could help me see what's wrong with this procedure, it would be greatly appreciated. FYI: This procedure runs under the custom particles "Additional expiration condition" trigger.
