How to make a custom sword unable to receive the Fire Aspect enchantment?

My mod has a set of ice-themed equipment, and the Frost Sword from this set should be unable to receive the Fire Aspect enchantment. I could make the sword remove Fire Aspect if it ever receives it, however this could lead to fire aspect books being wasted and would be unintuitive on the players part. Is there a way to make the sword specifically unable to receive Fire Aspect, while still being to receive other sword-based enchantments?
