I made a procedure where it detects if an item is on top of the block and if the hopper has an empty slot or an incomplete stack of that item in the inventory, but I am new to mcreator so this procedure is not working exactly as the hopper in minecraft actually works. In minecraft the hopper when he gets one item it has a small cooldown before getting another so when you drop like an entire stack of an item on top of the hopper the game has time to process all the items and get everything inside the hopper. I cant found anywhere a way to make this so the procedure dont work very well as it absorbs every item as soon as it touches the block. If you drop a lot of items in a small period of time on top of the hopper you will probably lose some items so drop one at the time and it works fine.
I put this procedure in the trigger "when entity walks on the block" I also tried in the update tick trigger but it didn't work for some reason
By vacuum, you mean make it pull entity's in to it?
If that's the case, use motion vector. Depending on the distance from entity, determine the correct velocity and calculate the right direction.
By vacuum hopper I mean a hopper that funnels items in a radius. aka if you were to throw an item next to the block it will put it into it's inventory
