Any idea of what's going on with the textures?

I'm new to modifying Minecraft and I made a 3D model in Blockbench for a big personal project I did everything following the tutorials and some forum topics but when I test the mod in the game it happens that I can see the textured 3D model but there is this other textured thing on top any idea what's going on and could you help me solve it?
