Json model error?

I don't exactly know if this is an error on the MCreator software or the application I used to make my 3D json model.

I will list the things I think are notable in my problem with an item I am making.

-My item doesn't actually appear in the inventory/hotbar

-When my item is held it can be seen but with a completely wrong texture map

-I open my json file on the software I used to make it but it's somehow lacking detail despite me making the textures with detail

-I don't know how to actually use MCreator properly so I don't know if I missed on clicking something
