Some Survival mod Ideas

I've had an idea for a minecraft mod which would make survival more realistic. For example, having to manually prepare food yourself, having new ores with different functions and having to drink water to survive. I would like some more ideas for the mod. (Keep in mind that i am working on NecronCraft alongside it so it may take awhile to release)
