Fail to download Java8 binary and fail to build Gradle project

I'm a mod author (nonsense). To be exact, it's not exactly because of the problem to be mentioned next.

The problem is, even if I have downloaded the required information, where can I put it to solve this error?
Or, wait for the software to request this file again, and then report an error again?
