2 Things I need help with and 1/2 thing(s) I'm suggesting

1st - Is there a way to make a cave biome for a custom dimension? If not then I suggest it to be added

2nd - Since 1.18.2 everytime I enter my dimension I either (mostly) spawn in a cave under a ocean which is my biome that wasnt supposed to be a ocean or (not as much but used to happen more) spawn above a ocean which is also my biome that wasnt supposed to be a ocean

And alot of actual land is just like a thousand blocks away which is too much building

and here's a suggestion - add something like adding a log set but instead for stone (would include the stone, cobbled version, bricks, smooth version, and chiseled version. and of course all the recipes. even stairs and walls or whatever else is with stone) because when making stone there's so many stuff to make and also alot of recipes needed
