Corrupted Cache

I was creating a mod and suddenly a window pops up saying that gradle cache got corrupted for an unknown reason. I tried clicking all the possible solutions but nothing works. I even tried to find a solution here on the forums. Removing the cache folder supposed to help me but I already did it and still get that notification.

help pls

Yeah but it didn't help. I even tried to delete the entire .mcreator folder and it didn't help
