Possible to use Item animation without making it a food item?

Is there anyway to use the item use animation without making it a food item. I am making a bandage item and the eating sounds kinda ruins the immersion.

Create a Forge Mod instead of Fabric. I had the same Issue. Sucks but it's the only way
