Problem with custom trees

Hello! I have a problem with custom trees.

The problem is that when I put a tree seedling and fertilize it with bone meal, then my tree (structure) replaces other blocks, that is, it doesn’t matter where it grows, it can sprout in cobblestone. When a sapling is replaced by my custom tree, the custom tree can replace other blocks, thus it can even replace a badrock.

I need a procedure that will check a certain radius around the sapling, and if it is empty, then in this case my custom tree is placed. Can anyone help me with this?
