How To Remove Delay Between Damages??(Read The Topic To Understand What I Meant)

Basically i am making a gun.The Firerate Of The Gun Is Fast But Minecraft Have Delays Before you Can Deal Damage Again So I Was Wondering How To Remove The Delay Or Make An Alternative.Also Not The "Set Health Of entity" Block Because I Want Armor To Work Too.
