im am trying to make a procedure that will enchant a pair of boots with frost walker when i use the item but nothing works so i will attach the procedure.If you can any answer to my problem is greatly appreciated. Btw it does not need to be with the item used it can be however i just need it to be enchanted asap as the enchant is a core part of the items functionality
