Why mcreator doesnt detect my block bench java model?(SOLVED)

Hi, i have recently tried to make a gun model in blockbench, everything is fine until i export it to mcreator as a java block/item model, but then when i tried to import it to mcreator, it doesnt detect it! is in the same location where i exported it, i dont know really what to do, can someone help me? ( i exported it as the same version of mojomaps that i use it within my mod)

Edit: nvm, i had to export it as a json model, i feel so dumb rn.
