1. How to use label display condition?

2. Why do I always use nbt in the procedure, it says Block entity_nbt_text_set is not synced between client and server

I would love an answer to #1 as well. I'm trying to get a label to show a global variable. Used to be a simple drop down menu, now I'm lost.
