a procedure that can do this, I'm not sure it can be done.
The bird can rideable so player if too close a mob he can lift it with a pressing a key.
I really stuck.
Hey, just a idea from me idk if it will work though.
You could use a command to keep teleporting a cerain mob to your bird. For example your Bird could shoot a projectile, which gives the mob/player who got hit by it an effect. Everyone with that effect would be contantly teleported to the bird.
