Know someone how to make the "Create Text with" Block for your own Block?

I want to make an Procedure Block where you can yourself more Inputs to it if needed like the Procedure Block "Create Text with" but I don't find the extension I need for it.

 

Can someone help me with this?

you can use display…

you can use display conditions for those 'extra' inputs.

You just make them be not visible by default by using if statements.
