Replace the vanilla item with modded item (also changes the recipes )

hi im sorry for my bad english but i hope someone know what i mean.

i want to change the vanilla item with my modded item also change the recipes for the vanilla recipes or even other mods recipes.

what exactly i want to do is to change the vanilla stick with my modded stick thats mean that my stick work with all vanilla or other mods recipes if the recipe needed the vanilla stick.

i dont want to do it one by one (the crafting recipes) cus i want it also works with other mods.

i hope someone understand and help me, thx.
