I'm making a sword, which when in The End, it will do 100 more damage.

It's working, any mob I hit in The End, it dies. But with the Ender Dragon, it doesn't take any damage. Help me pls :)

Does it do any damage to ender dragon? Google states ender dragon has 200 Health, and 2 health = 1 heart so you are technically doing 50 damage to it
That is my guess, hopefully it works for you.
He takes absolutely no damage.
The Ender Dragon only takes damage from explosions or player based damage. You could download the Damage Source Plugin which will fix this issue.
