Twilight Forest Api Plugin

I was making a mod and wanted to add extra features if the twilight forest mod was installed with it so I made a simple plugin that adds twilight forest to runtime. Not the only plugin I was working on. Currently is for forge 1.19.2 and 1.19.4, fabric version should be ready once a full release is available for fabric. 

Future Plans:

- add twilight forest mobs to the entities list (In 1.1 theres only 3 added)
