How do i make it so when right-clicked with a dagger, you get meat but get damaged

How do i make it so when right-clicked with a dagger, you get meat but get damaged

Currently it wont do anything. Here is the procedure i used (post back a working one and solution with an reply to a solution)

first replace the 'and' with…

first replace the 'and' with air since 1 block won't have 3 block types in it. Other than that it looks like it should work
