is there a way to make a charged melee attack make a sound when i hit an enemy?

im trying to make a weapon that makes a sound when the attack cooldown thing is over but it either plays whenever i hit an enemy in general or just doesnt play a sound at all, is it even possible do this?

I would recommend setting up a wait condition that is set to the same time as the cooldown is set to.
