Stuck on Resolving dependencies

When I try to make a biome, it get stuck on resolving the dependences runtime class copy, ive tried downgrading to a different version Ive tried making a different work space. Ive tried a lot, I dont know how to fix this, Im using MCreator 2023.2. Id show you the console log but its the exact same as when I created the workspace, no changes.
