Help with writing the procedure.

Hello, I need help writing a procedure in mcreator for a creature (horse) in my mod. I did the procedure so that the horse was tamed with the help of an apple, but it is tamed from one apple. I need her to be tamed from 10-20 feeding an apple. I also need that when I press the right button on a tamed horse with a certain item, I get an item with some chance. Can you please write more specifically what and how and where to put me so that everything works. I will be very grateful.
