How do I add particles for mobs melee

I feel this should be a very common feature, but sorry I'm new to minecraft modding.

So I made a giant robot who will use TASER FIST to punch and shock its enemies.

And I also made some animated particles for electric arcs.

How can I display this particle in victim's position when the robot is attacking?

Check this small procedure

Change the "add potion..." block with a Spawn particles block. That should be it!
