Anti-Effect Syringes

This mod adds "Anti-Effect Syringes"

 -What are "Anti-Effect Syringes"? = They are syringes with fluids that you can inject in yourself to remove a specific potion effect

    -Right click - Use the syringe on yourself

    -Left click - Use the syringe on someone else (Left click on an entity)

 -How complete is this mod? = This mod currently includes:
   -Cures: 1 time syringes that remove a potion effect

   -Recipes

   -Advancements: "Need a doctor?" - Obtain a cure ... "I am the doctor" - Obtain all cures

   -Tonic Sickness: Consuming a cure will give you 30 (Customizable) seconds of "Tonic Sickness". While having "Tonic Sickness" you cant consume syringes.

   -Game rules: /Gamerule tonicSicknessLenght (Ammount) [Sets the ammount of "Tonic Sickness" lenght]

-Whats coming next? 

   -Vaccines: Just like cures but they give you a minute of immunity to the certain effect (There are some already in the game)
