How to get into Spore Dimension?
To get into the Spore Dimension, you had to build a portal like to Nether, but only with blocks of red mushroom. Then, you should craft a Spore dimension Portal Igniter.

Biomes

Spore dimension contains 7 biomes: Red Mushroom forest, Blue Mushroom forest, Goo Mushroom forest, Iceberg (It's called Glacier now), Plato, Toxic Mushroom caves, MultiShroom forest (with all mushrooms).

The mod includes mechanisms with energy to automate resources and get new items, but they don't work quite right (sorry)
