It's a mod that adds goodder weapons (and friends!), I tried making this usable with or without JEI, but It's definitely much more usable with JEI. There's also a lot of info in the advancements menu, so make sure to check that out.
This mod was made with PvP, having what's added be balanced, and some Wikipedia pages in mind. For now, however, it's probably best to use another mod for energy production.
