Funny monoliths (and JACOB)

This adds wool statues around the map, like the Poopy frog or the Robot with a big heart. They even have hidden treasures with a book about them! Jacobs can also spawn around the entire game, but are always in crowds at the wool statues. Kill one and maybe you get a Giant Tear, which increases your swim speed and oxygen amount after drinking it, but the boost is gone fast! (Unless you craft a golden tear with it) Theres also a paper that offers a list of the monoliths, Jacobs drop them.
