Mod Overview: Activated Coal

This mod introduces a new resource called Activated Coal, a powerful alternative to regular coal with multiple strategic uses. Unlike standard coal, Activated Coal generates naturally in caves but is much rarer, making it a valuable find during exploration.

🔨 Mining & Drops Activated Coal can only be mined with a stone pickaxe or better. When broken, it drops 2 Activated Coal items, each visually marked with golden nuggets embedded in the texture — hinting at its hidden value.

🧱 Crafting Chain

Combine 9 Activated Coal items in a full 3x3 grid to craft a Block of Activated Coal.
Then, merge 9 of these blocks (again in a 3x3 grid) to obtain 9 gold ingots, turning this resource into a reliable gold source.

🔥 Utility & Recipes

Activated Coal burns 1.5 to 2 times longer than regular coal in furnaces.
It can also be used to craft 6 torches with just 1 stick and 1 Activated Coal, making it a more efficient lighting option.
