Test Mobs

This mod adds Test Mobs to use for testing. Features:

/testmob command - Spawns Test Mob when run

Spawn test Mob block - Spawns Test Mob when right-clicked

Spawn Test Mob key binding - Spawns Test Mob when pressed

The Test Mob that is summoned is a zombie that is wearing an unbreakable turtle helmet, is glowing dark red, cannot despawn, is silent, is on the team TEST_MOB (this team is created every time the command is run), and cannot summon reinforcements.
