Trident Tweaks

Extremely simple single procedure mod that applies a few seconds of dolphins grace to the player when using a Trident.

Intended to allow for the use of Riptide underwater without the jarring drops in momentum between uses experienced when the player has Depth Strider.

Functionally, Dolphins Grace overrides the Water Movement Efficiency player Attribute granted by Depth Strider to allow the player to retain momentum underwater.

I enjoy fluid movement and think this allows smoother underwater movement with the trident, bringing it closer to the Elytra's very satisfying system.
