Sky realm mod

Hello!Im a mrfedorka.My first Mod add the Sky dimension!Have a 5 lands in Sky:Noob,Mine,Forest,Nether and Ender(the all lands rare!)!Portal:frame create with Ender rock,Flame with Skyer.Craft of Skyer:
