RPG Buffs

RPG Buffs adds and menu which offers you buffs that are permanent at the cost of war points. War points are obtained threw slaying mobs and have no limit. You can think of it as a potion based stat menu that increases a certain area at the cost of points. It also adds mobs with prefixes that cause them to deal more damage/take less damage and the can cause debuffs.

This is meant for SURVIVAL however there is a BUFF TESTING game rule to try things out before taking it to survival. This is not fully tested and effects should not reset on death. It should visually work right but the visual part may not show sometimes but it will still function. This is a little bit balanced for survival but not 100% fair. BUFF MENU KEY should be in misc.
