COTV adds basically everything that will make you suffer lol
Well let's see what's in this mod, shall we?

   Stamina and Sanity bars:
I must say right away, I have no idea how to fix their position on the screen so they're going to be like in the middle of the screen for some reason :/
Stamina prevents the player from constantly running and limits his walking speed, also you can't use speed potions, don't even try. You can recover your stamina if you'll be sneaking or recover it even faster if you're sleeping.
Sanity does not allow players to stay in the dark for too long. You can recover your.. Uh.. Sanity if you'll stay in the light most of the time and keep the hunger bar full. What happens if you don't watch your sanity? You'll find out soon enough.

 

  The Void: 

(Some Chaos!Verse lore there) Absolutely empty space with grayish floor, creatures that have been canceled or deleted by the Creator get here, they turn into black humanoids, with a minimum of feelings and emotions, they cannot be killed or absorbed, they are doomed to eternal wandering through the dark corridors of emptiness.

To get here you'll need to be in hard difficulty

CHAPTER 1:

Dark, darker, yet darker... Chapter 1 based on the invasion of The Void entities of the first Sector into the Overworld and you need to stop them before it's too late
Your main goal in this chapter is to defeat Black Being (very original i know, thanks)
To summon BB you need Cursed Soul which you can craft using Occult table
 

Occult table craft:          Cursed Soul craft: Yellow heart is Overcharge, it gives infinite amount of stamina for 12-15 seconds.
Overcharge craft:          Purple thing used in this craft is Energy Absorber.
It's absorbs almost all of your stamina. Useless. ⠀⠀⠀⠀
You can also get dark fragments from Roses of Nothingness, they are pretty rare but still better than trying to find Selfs and his variations.

And after all this pain you can finally summon him!... Or not?
Yeh, you need to do this in The Void, Void portal requires Void barrier blocks and Reality Breaker

CHAPTER 2: canceled

Seems like while you were busy stopping forces of Black Being someone else infected the heavens themselves (HA, rhymes). You need to clear the entire dimension of the distorted angelic guards, including even the Seraphim and GODFALL.

CHAPTER 3: canceled

Supposed to be code-themed dimension with final boss - HyperNoVA. Sorry, i lost my motivation but at least i finished chapter 1
Also i wanted to add secret boss - Helliviafan. You could encounter him in The Void
In concepts he supposed to have 666 hp, percentaged defence and dmg, dropped his claws.
He had 3 abilities:
  1. Increased attack range for a period of time

  2. Jump dash. He jumped at nearby player and summoned spikes around him
  3. Slash
And 3 passives:
  1. He replaced player's and his position before getting hit

  2. He would distract player by appearing at his screen

  3. Every hit theres a chance that a slash would appear on player's screen
